Londinium: A city that has existed since the Romans occupied a quarter of the island and is now the official capital of Kymbri.

Lucanis Basilica: Main government building in Londinium where the cened meet. It has an emerald glass dome with a gold band beneath featuring reliefs of the war of two wolves, an event that most agree created Kymbri as the world knows it.

Celti-pact: A pact that acts as a trading/non-aggression/protection treaty between the nations of Kymbri(The unofficial leader of the pact) Gallia, Gaelland, Caldonia, and Eire.

Kymbri: When the Cymri and the Britons came together to oust the Roman remnant, they called it the Kymbrian alliance. Later it would become the name for a conjoined peoples who could repel invaders such as the Saxons and the Norse. They remain highly influenced by their Celtic-Roman past and have gained a healthy respect for their natural surroundings, sometimes to the point of mockery by their enemies who forget that the strides made in steam and electrical power came from Kymbri. With a head-start in such technologies, Kymbri is a nation not to be trifled with. Kymbri is run by a group of respected citizens called the cened, within this group is the alundai cened made up of people who can trace their bloodline back to the founder, Lucanis. Among them, they can vote on who will be the next Teyrn(king/queen) the overall ruler and figurehead of the country.

Pleasure Palace: A place where pleasure gilla work and live. Usually comprises two buildings connected by stone walls. One building is large and non-descript housing children, the lame, and those too old to work, the other building is a brilliant marble white and shaped like a Greek column with rungs or bands around each floor showing a color since each palace is separates their pleasure gilla by hair color.

Insula: Back in Roman times, these buildings were for the urban poor. In Londinium, High-Patricians used their wealth to turn these once decrepit buildings into urban mansions.

Gallia: When the Roman empire broke into three parts, Gallia was one of them. This land was heavily influenced by the Romans. Because of cultural ties and trade, they have a close bond with Kymbri, and for the most part share the same beliefs. Their capital is Perisi.

Eire: A large island beyond the west coast of Kymbri who indeed have a close relationship with the western Kymbrian lords. Eire is a heavily Celtic region, but many of their port cities have Norse(later Skaldan) influence. The land is divided by so many lords that people say that it is the "land of a thousand lords" Those lords are ruled over by a council that settles disputes and have the overall power to deal with outside nations.

Caldonia: North of Kymbri, Caledonia is a subject nation to Kymbri. After hundreds of years of invasions, Kymbri settled all disputes by devastating their population through gillary. They have little power nowadays and there is little difference between the southern region of Caldonia and northern Kymbri. However, the Highlands hold to their traditions.

Gaelland: A little over 400 years ago, the Germani tribes came together to fight their Gallian neighbors due to supposed atrocities committed upon their people. It went well for the Germani at the start of the war, for Kymbri was embroiled in their own civil war and unable to aid their Gallian allies, but when that civil war ended sooner than predicted, Kymbri put its full might behind Gallia, and the Germani tribes were devastated, losing 35% of their population. As humiliation, people of Eire and Caldonia, who were involved with the war, settled there and named the place Gaelland, a name recognized by the Celti-pact, keeping an eye on the tribes and putting a seal on the continuing animosity of those tribes. The capital is Grannu, known for its thermal springs. Their trading capital is Turicia.

Mithras: Rome fell in the 3rd century only to be replaced by a militant theocracy who worship Mithras, a sun deity. Ever since, they have grown a superiority complex and think in long term. They conquered western Hellas and many of the islands in the Mediterranean. They made alliances with nations who have similar outlooks and won the fight for the Blue Isles across the sea. There is a sense that it's only a matter of time before they invade Europe and retake what once was theirs.

Blue Isles: This is the Caribbean. Much like in our timeline, these islands and coasts have been heavily exploited. Much of the population has been made servoi(slaves) by the Mithrans, N'sundi Empire, and to a lesser extent, the Tengra Empire.

Skaldan: The Norse and the Danes were well known raiders and explorers, but in this timeline, Britannia was an impossible nut to crack and so their raiding ignored Kymbri and focused on Eire, Hespira and then later, Vinland. Over time, the Danes and the Norse used the word Skal so much that outsiders began using it to refer to everyone in Scandinavia "Skals". When The king of Denmark became the ruler of all Scandinavia the word became linked to the Danes and is now used by almost every outsider, and more often than not, the Danes use Skaldane to refer to themselves. Their chief rival is their neighbor, Zarmatia and played a big role behind the scenes in the Zarmatian rebellion.

Vinland: Having been denied the riches of Kymbri, once Vinland was founded, it became a focus for the Norse and Danes. The settlers had many wars with the locals, but over time, they made peace and began to merge beliefs and customs. It is now a nation of its own and in constant on and off again wars with the Haudenosaunee Confederacy. Their territory is monsterously large, comprising dozens of tribes with its bounderies being Helluland in the north, Wabanakia(their confedercay never came to be) to the south and Gichi-Gami(Lake Superior) to the west. Each tribe has a chief with a council. Each chief is involved with the large council who vote in people to positions that affect Vinland as a whole and to make descisions about outside nations.

Haudenosaunee Confederacy: In this timeline, it includes 10 nations instead of 6, reaching all the way to the coast and reaching as far down as their next powerful rival, the Powhatan Confederacy. Along with their long-time rival, Vinland, the Haudenosaunee Confederacy is arguably the most powerful political player on the Hanuan continent. Most within the Celti-pact, including the Brigantians, refer to them as simply, the Confed.

Brigantia: A Kymbrian colony named after their principle Goddess, graciously allowed by the Haudenosaunee so that they can trade directly to Europe instead of going through Vinland. The colony is over a hundred years old and finds itself merging with the local culture.
